The Lifecycle Therapy treatment approach

My approach to treatment integrates current research with clinical theory to employ the most up-to-date, evidence-supported treatment options, including Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method and Discernment, Premarital (PREPARE), Separation and Divorce Counseling. Working in a supportive, non-judgmental and affirming space, I collaborate with clients to identify therapeutic goals, foster healthy connections with others and a balanced, centered, positive sense of self.  I am committed to providing services that contribute to the promotion of social justice, inclusivity and equality.
